Coffee has taken a whole new image beyond a “good ol’ cup of joe” into a world of blended and iced drinks and an array of teas.

Sequels, comedies and action movies to heat up the summer

There is no better escape from the Arizona summer heat than to head over to a local air-conditioned movie theater.
“Mission Impossible III” starring Tom Cruise is being released on May 5. Cruise plays the returning Ethan Hunt, who has retired from his super spy lifestyle but was called back to confront the toughest villain he has ever faced.

It’s no secret that Arizona has huge amounts of talent in the rock department, and unfortunately many of the most talented artists haven’t been able to breech the surface of the sea of stardom.

 


Trendy clothing with high prices not unusual

Coach, Chanel, Louis Vouitton, and Christian Dior are only a few of the designer name brands that are seen roaming at MCC and other campuses.
One of the first high-end fashion designers was Coco Chanel. Her timeless couture dates all the way back to World War I when she popularized boyish-style sweaters and jersey dresses.

 


Taking the theater fast track
Summer program provides speedy degree

Fast Track is a brand new theater program being offered to all MCC students. The program offers four classes Monday through Friday from May 30 to June 29.
Students who complete “Fast Track” will receive three college credits for each course.
