Charity should be given blindly

It seems that these days, charity has taken on a whole new meaning.
I remember when I was a child charity was about giving to those whom you knew were in need.
It didn’t matter that you didn’t get recognized for helping, or that your cause wasn’t the “cause of the moment.” All that ever mattered was that in your heart you knew you did something good.

Should politics and personal moral viewpoints play a part in whether or not a new drug or technology is allowed to be used or explored?

Community college equals no school spirit

“No one dreams of attending a community college,” is the excuse that many students use when asked about their lack of school spirit.
Each day, I notice how ASU and UofA hats flood the campus. A rare percentage of students are spotted wearing MCC apparel. The majority of the students who do wear MCC hats and T-shirts are student athletes.
