feels he has accomplished the majority of his campaign promises and is setting
new goals for the spring semester.

Maricopa residents face a tough reality when it comes
to auto theft. The Phoenix metropolitan area ranks second in the nation
for auto theft, which leaves the area 136 percent above the national average,
according to the Arizona Insurance Information Association.
