MS association seeks volunteers to promote CD
A minimum of three hours a week is all that’s need to give back to the community.
The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America is looking for volunteers to help with the launch of their CD Everybody Falls.
The CD raises funds that benefits people who have been affected with MS in the community.
MSAA needs 1,000 volunteers to help out between now and Feb. 28, 2007.
MSAA needs help with the promotion, pre-sales and fundraising of the CD.
Needed right now is media support. Volunteers would work with local media to promote the CD.
Volunteers duties include helping with release party assignments and getting through an extensive to-do list for the party.
Volunteers need at least eight hours a week to help.
MSAA also needs a public education ambassador to help facilitate speaking engagements to community service groups and corporate America at a local level.
The group also needs volunteers who can create and conduct their own fundraising event or activity that will benefit the MS Association.
Volunteers only need skills that will help them complete the assignment of their choice. All volunteers will have minimal direct supervision from the MSAA for their chosen assignments.
