Subject: Self Study TGIF
Dear Self-Study Committee Members,
The final meeting of the semester was held today, May 7th at 3 PM in LB145. It proved to be a festive time! Our theme was Route 66 - we journeyed the self-study highway.
We reflected back on some of our self-study events and activities. Our self study began about 18 months ago; we have about 10 months until the HLC team visit. They are scheduled to be here March 7 - 9, 2005.
Committee members generated a number of significant changes and accomplishments that have taken place at MCC over the past decade. These ideas along with the working papers will be merged into the self-study report over the summer. Final edits will take place in the Fall. We also discussed the types of activities committee members will be involved in during Fall semester. More about this in our next TGIF.
