In fact, we have seven more weeks of preparation time. A lot has happened and there is still much to do. Here's an update: Comments and suggested edits submitted last semester were addressed as best as possible in the self-study report. An outside HLC consultant read the report and provided some valuable feedback. The report was also proofed by a professional. Andrea and I wrote and edited, and edited some more and then individuals from IA helped us format the document into a final template. The self-study report is now being printed. It will be mailed to members of the HLC visiting team next week. Whew! We are now focusing on the Resource Room and may be calling on you for HELP! We are also planning a self-study committee meeting for the beginning of February. Stay tuned. Thank you for being involved. Together we can "bring home" a stellar accreditation visit. Bye, Gayla
