But some of the most salient pieces of information emerged during discussions. Here are some key points: The report was distributed! We should congratulate one another - the final report is the result of several years work by lots of folks. Reports were sent via campus mail to those of you who couldn't attend. Several people volunteered to help with creating the resource room. They may be contacting you in the very near future as needed. It is a big job gathering all the information needed, so if asked for a document or something - please help if at all possible. We have a tight schedule and a number of notebooks that need to be assembled. Our visit is about 30 days away! The visiting team consists of 11 consultant-evaluators - each of whom is an educator employed by different peer colleges. The team has received MCC's self-study report and other materials. Based on their review of these materials, they determine their itinerary. Once it unfolds, we will begin to make visit arrangements. That's it for now!
