Advisement Services
place

All students are urged to consult an academic advisor to determine their educational plan for the purpose of attaining the degree/certification they plan to earn. Advisement is strongly encouraged for students receiving financial aid or veterans benefits, and for all students enrolled in math, English, reading, electronics, nursing, or enrolling for more than 6 credit hours. New students are also encouraged to see an advisor. Students with a declared major may obtain advisement within the department of their major.

For student registering in person by appointment, an advisement form must be completed with proper signature or a waiver signature before picking up your registration appointment card.

If you have attended a college other than MCC, bring a copy of your transcripts or grade report to the Advisement Center as proof of prerequisites.

The Advisement Center is located in building 38 near the clock tower. Click here to download .pdf map
