Tips for Success

Before your appointment

  • Fill out the Student Information Form online or in Admissions

  • Take ASSET, COMPASS or CELSA Placement testing at the Testing Center

  • Register early

  • Send official transcripts to the Admissions office


    • Know How to Read & Use the Following:

  • Semester class schedules

  • College catalog

  • Curriculum check sheets

  • ASSET, COMPASS, & CELSA test scores


    • Transfer Advisement

  • Prepare a list of questions and do some research before meeting with a Transfer advisor

  • Keep copies of curriculum check sheets, unofficial transcripts and take notes during your appoitment

  • One or two semesters prior to graduation see a Transfer advisor
