Apply to be Admitted to MCC:

If you are a NEW student who has never attended classes at Mesa Community College, you must complete the Student Information Form which is your application to the college.

• Phone 480-461-7700 (press 1 for registration) to complete the form via the telephone.
• Mail, fax or submit the form (print front page of pdf form and print back page of pdf form) to the Admissions Office, Southern & Dobson-Building 38, or to Enrollment Services in the Mesquite Building at the Red Mountain Campus.

Important:

If you are under the age of 18 or concurrently enrolled in high school, you must complete the Concurrent Student Information Form to be admitted as a student with special status.

If you are an international student applying for an F-1 student visa to attend Mesa Community College, you must complete and submit the International Student Information Form along with other required documents.

Former MCC students are not required to submit a new Student Information Form. Simply call the college to update your information.
