Documents you need to complete the FAFSA:
- PIN (Personal Identification Number) used to sign the FAFSA form on-line.
- Social Security Number
- Driver's License Number (If applicable)
- Alien Registration Number (If applicable)
- Income Tax Return or W-2's
- Records of Untaxed Income (i.e. social security benefits)
Completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) on-line is the easiest and quickest way for you to get your financial aid information to us. The FAFSA on the Web is available in both English and Spanish.
The Department of Education must receive your application no later than June 30 for the previous school year.
If you prefer to complete a paper FAFSA you can stop by our office and pick one up. We have both English and Spanish versions. The paper FAFSA will need to be mailed to federal student aid programs to be processed. A pre-addressed envelop is provided with the application. We do not accept paper application in our office for processing.
