Arbinger Institute

The Arbinger Institute is a worldwide leader in scholarship, information, and training regarding the age-old problem of “self-deception” and its solution. In brief, self-deception is the following problem: (1) people often create their own problems; (2) when they are creating their own problems they typically can’t see that they are creating their own problems; and (3) although they apparently can’t see what they are doing to create their own problems (which seems to imply that they are somehow blind), the nevertheless can see wee enough to resist ideas and suggestions that might help to solve those problems.
