Deleting Files
Microsoft Word makes it easy for you to delete files from your disk. You can delete either from the Open menu or the Save As menu.
Choose Open or Save As. Go to your disk or where ever the file that you wish to delete is stored. When you see the file, select it by clicking on it. Press the Delete key on your keyboard to delete the file.
Another way is to click the right mouse button on the file. A menu will appear. Choose delete to remove the file.
