The menu bar stores all the MS Word commands in convenient pull-down menus. To use, click the mouse on the area of your choice, and a menu will pop down with commands that you can use. To use any of these commands, click the mouse cursor on the word. To save time many of the commands in the menu bar have an icon on the Tool bar that represents them. Instead of opening the Menu, clicking on the icon on the Tool bar will access the same command.
