B:  Lady W has a similar origin to Lady H. A complete native to Aldana, this Lady W was more ruthless, more power hungry. As a result she climbed through the ranks, assuming power over Aldana, a far contrast to the humble servant that Lady H is to her planet. More domineering in terms of complete power over her planet, the Rikti posed less a threat as well. Her only downfall is underestimating the strengths of her opponents, as was the cause of her failure to take Praetorian Earth, and partially the reason for why the Wherls are recovering in the Rogue Isles and have not beaten the Heris.

Like the other Wherlwynds, Lady Wherl shares characteristics with Lady Heri but in Praetorian fashion, it has a cruel twist.  Lady Wherl in a nutshell is Lady Heri's core - a woman who is very egotistic and conceited through years of service in her worlds military, but on top of that Lady
Wherl's Praetorian nature to conquer. Lady Wherl takes Lady Heri's  "I am holier than thou" minus the self sacrifice Lady Heri has that makes her a loyal soldier and a hero. Lady Wherl replaces that trait with a thirst and desire to rule all, the reason why she rose to Empress in her native world, and seeks to do so here.  Lady Heri is the more geekier/nerdier of the Heri bunch. something that Herri and Hera poke at Lady constantly. It's all due to Lady's personality. Very military, very rigid, very professional. She knows how to relax and does things that she enjoys, some of which tend to keep her isolated by herself, other times she's just one of the bunch. She's not anti social, just has her own air of professionalism in anything she does. Lady Wherlwynd relates to this in that her manner is of royalty, she assumes things that should be hers and treats people the way that she views as acceptable relating to what she should be. She's more loose regarding her activities and hobbies. If she wants something, she'll take it or find a way to have it, be it a person or thing. With her being a Wherl, she has that classic trait to sensually tease  Lady Heri, knowing full well that Lady Heri rarely displays such acts of emotion due to her view that such things should be kept in closed doors, as to keep it treasured. She's tolerant of most other people's actions regarding it, as she sees it daily with Herri around, but like most of the Heri's it troubles her deeply when she sees her own double in Lady Wherl acting in a manner she'd never hope to be caught acting in.

Side note and unrelated heh: And why Energy Blast corruptors get blue energy blasts while Dominators with the Energy Assault secondary have red blasts I'll never get. But that's the way it goes, at least for now.

Initiating transcription of personal observations regarding the rogue villain known as Lady Wherlwynd. To provide the most comprehensive and thorough dossier, so as to effectively devise advantageous methodologies to counter Lady Wherlwynd's known modus operandi, I will attempt to keep my observations fully objective as possible.

I cannot help but note that the Wherlwynds, Lady Wherlwynd included have displayed a very noticeable weakness and lack of skill as to the failure or notice of the reconnaissance devices planted upon them, and thus providing us with the following visual information.

This first photograph appears to be in some rudimentary medical facility of some kind. Possibly one of Lady Wherlwynd's herself. It is not beyond the scope of her cruelty that she would establish such a location during her occupation of the Rogue Isles.

B:  Heh, already Lady Heri being snotty and condescending towards her double. Not unlike her to do so with anyone else, so she naturally does so to her adversary. Fun thing to see that she and Lady Wherl share that trait, something no doubt she wouldn't want to admit.

Confirmation of the nature of Lady Wherlwynd's metahuman abilities are provided here. As assumed, Lady Wherlwynd share a common characteristic with Wherlwynd. They both appear very capable of manipulation of ice, to the extent of using it for destructive purposes. This commonality serves to reinforce the parallel identities and relationship that Wherlwynd and Lady Wherlwynd have in conjunction with Hericane's and my own relationship.

Another example of Lady Wherlwynd's exploits as she attempts to familiarize herself with her non intended but current place of occupation. Note it is current with what we have assumed her usual method of diplomacy regarding encountering new situations, or lack thereof. She does nothing short of conquers whatever she encounters. Or at the very least attempts to. In this case it's evident that these sewer dwelling infected scourges have had the unfortunate opportunity to experierence Lady Wherlwynd's way of "meeting new people."

A side note to include if I may.  Most law enforcement agencies, ones residing in Paragon City, such as the Paragon Police Department, or the Longbow organization, would not take this action as very high in immediacy in regards to respond to. Their reasoning I'd be willing to conclude is that a villain such as Lady Wherlwynd is deposing of another villainous threat and thus does not require an action, until said villain initiates a direct threat to Paragon City's safety.

As a singular person with a limited amount of actions to provide justice to those who threaten the innocent, I follow this logic of thinking to a certain extent, but in conclusion I do view it as flawed. Villainy, in whatever form is villainy, regardless of who is the recipient of such villainy.  It must be halted at the source and at the soonest opportunity available.

B:  More of Lady Heri's full on bravado. It's classic her though. And in her usual nature she blasts what she sees wrong, yet still kinda wounds herself. In teh case of Longbow, she's seen often in a Longbow like outfit, making her look hypocritical. To her it's her way of embodying the force of right, so she doesn't see anything wrong about it, nor pointing out Longbow's faults while looking like Longbow.

A most curious security photograph her indeed. Several issues regarding it cause several inquiries. One point that is not questionable is that this is Lady Wherlwynd's assault upon Paragon City itself. The layout of the scenery and fallen Longbow troops  are evidence enough of this. However, the identities and intent of two mystery individuals that Lady Wherlwynd has seemingly encountered here is up for debate. Are they associates and fellow villains there to help her, or are they would be heroes attempting to stop her? The individual to the left seems encased in ice, which would suggest that Lady Wherlwynd has frozen them, in attempt to stop them. However, reports and other surveillance have show that Lady Wherlwynd has developed her skill in manipulation of ice to benefit those she sees fit. By providing a layer of ice around them, to serve as a set of pseudo armor, if you will. Such individuals will be noted for future reference to determine their identities and/or status of threats or alliance regarding Lady Wherlwynd.

While the previous situation has not been resolved, this series of surveillance is abundantly clear. Similar to the other Wherlwynds, Lady Wherlwynd has begun her assault and her attempt to rule this world as she did so of her own planet, by frequently besieging Paragon City. Wherlwynd and her associates are cunning indeed, as each of them have so carefully scheduled their incursions into our city while any of the Hericanes are presently occupied with other security matters.

In other circumstances this would warrant a complete priority and adjustment of our activities to ensure that the next attempt by any of the Wherlwynds would not go without due retaliation. However, our present location is known succinctly as a "City of Heroes", so we are fortunate to know and be assured that if the Wherlwynd intend to commit acts of crime within the city. the local law enforcement and other super powered persons will respond in kind.

However, that being said, these next photographs seem to indicate that not all of our super powered brethren are either equipped or skilled enough to apprehend the Wherlwynds. Or at the very least, Lady Wherlwynd. Although Lady Wherlwynd shows some insight and the ability to be resourceful as to have some colleagues. Perhaps some that she has mastered and enslaved as she had ion her own world and they fight for her? At the very least she has picked a favorable occasion when she isn't the only member to commit criminal acts upon the city.

Added observation: the individual in the feline-like ears and wearing the trench coat attire has a similar likeness to the photograph of Lady Wherlwynd and the two unknown individuals. They most likely are the same person but more investigation is needed for a confirmation.

Full proof of why I will be required to conclude Lady Wherlwynd villainous activities and stop her reign of crime. Lady Wherlwynd was reported to be destroying some of the well known statues of fallen heroes, namely in the Steel Canyon vicinity, and presumably would have continued onto Atlas Park or Galaxy City. At the time I was summoned for my assistance to combat the threat of a monster rampaging in Skyway City. Knowing Lady Wherlwynd's probability to succeed in her endeavor, I planned to depart immediately for Steel Canyon, as there were numerous super powered beings responding to the treat and no doubt would have had sufficient numbers for victory. However, I was informed that one heroic Arc Flash had already responded to Lady Wherlwynd's  attacks and had initiated defensive contact. So my presence was not required. I was assured that Arc Flash was high capable and I could correspond with Lady Wherlwynd on my leisure after her successful incarceration.

That correspondence will apparently have to wait until our next encounter, as this series of photographs from surveillance photographs show how "capable" Arc Flash was in apprehending Lady Wherlwynd.

B: Interesting shot I got of the Wolf Spider soldiers that are helmet-less. I dunno if this is a bug but it looked funny as some would be wearing the spider helmets, but not all. They may not look very good helmet wise but the under headgear thing looks weirder. The cheek Arachnos logos are kinda cool. Makes we wonder though. Those are prolly permanent. Wouldn't those be weird to see on a person not on duty? Like in street clothes but with two huge bright  Arachnos symbols on their face? Oh a neat little detail.. that blue thing sticking out of his neck? that's Lady's tranq dart temp power.... awesome huh?
