Welcome to Calculus I MAT 220 the Internet Version!

The class is internet-based and runs the entire semester. The same topics from the regular MAT 220 on campus classes will be covered along with several individual projects. Internet courses demand excellent time management skills in order to complete and electronically submit assignments. Some familiarity of Calculus I is very helpful. There will be on-line tests and quizzes along with homework sets. The mid-term and final exam will be taken on-campus (unless an official proctor is obtained) and the time is scheduled by you and myself. If you are already signed up for this class make sure you do the following items before August, 29th.

1. Obtain a copy of the textbook: Calculus: Early Transcendentals, 6th edition, by James Stewart

You can buy it at MCC's bookstore or go to www.amazon.com.
