Technical support is available to MCC Students through the MCC Help Desk.
ITS Help Desk Web Page
This technical support line can
help in the following area:
- Direct dialup to MCC for
using the MCC library.
- Help in using your MCC
e-mail or class bulletin board..
- Help with downloading
software for the English program and setting it up on your computer.
- Helping you with
configuring Netscape Mail, and using it to contact your instructor.
This technical support line
will NOT:
- Help you with your
commercial Internet provider. You must contact your provider's technical
support for help with your Internet connection.
- Help you with your English
Assignment. Contact your instructor for this information.
The Learning Enhancement Center
A tutoring service to help you understand the software that you are using
for your course, how to use your mail and instructional bulletin board, etc. is
available through the Learning
Enhancement Center.
You may call for an appointment and sit down with a tutor one on one to receive
any technical help you need to succeed in any distance learning or computer
class.
