Blackboard Login and Syllabus Confirmation - 10 points

Students must login to Blackboard to confirm their enrollment and to confirm that the Course Syllabus has been read by submitting a statement through the Blackboard Login assignment in Blackboard. Your instructor will be checking your submissions online, so there is no need to email your instructor unless you have additional questions.

Blackboard Notes:

1. Start up Internet Explorer.

2. Enter the Blackboard Server's URL as webct.mc.maricopa.edu.

3. Log into Blackboard using your MCC email username and password.
   A list of your courses that use Blackboard is displayed.

4. Click on the course (ie: CIS105_1234_20086, CIS162_5678_20086) you are submitting 
   an assignment for.

5. Click on the Assignments link listed under Course Tools.

6. Click on the Inbox tab (if is is not already selected).

7. Click on Lab - Blackboard Login.

8. In the Submission  text box enter:
    I have read the Course Syllabus and Schedule, 
    and agree to adhere to the college and instructor 
    policies as stated in the college catalog and 
    course syllabus.

9. The HTML Creator does NOT need to be enabled and HTML code does not need to be entered.
   Also, text does NOT have to be entered into the comment box. 

10. Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. 

11. Confirm the submission by clicking OK to the prompt: 
    Are you sure you want to submit this assignment?.

12. Click OK for the message indicating that the assignment was submitted.

13. Your instructor will eventually review the assignment and assign points.
    After that, you will be able to see the points earned and comments on the
    assignments through the same Assignment link, but using the Graded tab.
