Mr.
Cameron's 25 years of executive level business experience
includes helping organizations achieve their strategic
and business objectives. His extensive experience
includes competence and expertise in the organization,
management, and establishment of mission critical
functions for companies involved in a wide variety
of industry segments. He brings to the MCC classroom
a broad background and experience that includes:
- organizational

culture assessment

merger and acquisition integration

architecture and management
- process
redesign
- transformation
of accounting & finance operations
His
course instruction at Mesa Community College includes
the subjects of Management, Marketing, Society &
Business, Organizational Leadership & Management,
Project Management, Team Dynamics, and Accounting.
He
continues to instruct and consult with executives
in organizations of all shapes and sizes. A sampling
of his past & current clients includes such entities
as CASE Corporation, Monster Worldwide, FIAT, Arctic
Cat, Times Mirror Publishing, Auburn University, and
13 of the 16 cabinet-level departments in the executive
branch at the State of Alabama. He has held senior
management and executive leadership positions with
Grant Thornton LLP, McDonnell Douglas, Cragar Industries,
The Polynesian Cultural Center, and Hexcel Corporation.

In addition, he is also recognized worldwide for providing
influential thought leadership through his authorship
of numerous articles on organizational culture and
strategy, the client / consultant relationship, technology
selection & implementation, and the dynamic enablement
of e-Business strategies, processes, and functions.
His articles have been translated into French, German,
Italian, & Russian. He is the author of the breakthrough
handbook “The Software Selection Questionnaire”
and is contracted to provide additional titles during
the next 24 months. Mr. Cameron has been interviewed
and quoted in the media and frequently participates
as a guest panelist in a variety of venues. His career
has taken him to Australia, Eastern Europe, Western
Europe, and throughout North America.
Mr.
Cameron is a graduate of the University of Phoenix
with a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham
Young University in Provo, Utah with a Major in Finance
- Corporate Financial Planning and an Extra Major
Skill in Accounting.
