Meet Your Instructor

My name is Andrea Parsons, and I am a communication consultant for Aon Consulting, a Fortune 500 company based in Chicago. My primary functions includes developing internal communication campaigns specially addressing human resources issues. I also specialize in intermediate Web design, project management and writing.

I have helped clients of all sizes including large employers such as PETsMART, Hypercom, Mobile Mini, and Sun Healthcare. Before joining Aon, my background includes retail managements, marketing and public relations.

My formal education encompasses a Master's in Organizational Management and a Bachelor's in Consumer Journalism.

In the local community, I am involved in the local chapters of the
International Association of Business Communicators, the American Society for Training and Development, and Worldwide Employee Benefits (WEB).
