Salary: $30,000 - $40,000
  • 21 years experience since first social work degree.

  • Pediatric social work, Transplants, nephrology (dialysis), medical expertise.

  • Member of Council of Nephrology Social Workers (National Kidney Foundation).

  • Was motivated to intervene in social injustice and inequality, and enjoys public policy advocacy, facilitating support groups, and publishing - 10 journal publications to date.

  • Also enjoys presenting and giving lectures in his field of expertise, over 25 national and regional conference presentations in the past five years.

  • Negotiating "non-systems"

  • Social workers will always be in demand because of our skills in negotiating non-systems on behalf of our clients and employers

  • Social workers will be needed for advocacy and public policy, support groups, evaluating program effectiveness, working to obtain health insurance for all, and mental health parity.
